I'm really liking the style of this photograph, for similar reasons I was drawn to These haunted forests talk (great title, by the way). The soft background and dark sky brushed with that glow creates a marvelously moody atmosphere. The sharp detail of the rubble in the foreground makes it that much better, and where you placed the building in your frame is great, because the lines of the ground and the grass lead towards it. Even the mild lens flare has its charm.
