Wow, I seriously thought this was a drawing because of how artistically it's croped and how perfect the compisition on the lights are in this photo. It was one of those to beautiful to be real moments. The colors are so interestingly viberant despite what the scene is. Very awesome capture. You definitely feel the motion of that rain. That poor lady.
