1. It will almost likely be Bowser Jr's kingdom because he always wins fights in every A Day With Bowser Jr episode that you've released so far.
2. Whose should be Who's.

"Who's" is a contraction of "Who is" or less commonly, "Who has", so the sentence would become "Who is kingdom will it be?" or "Who has kingdom will it be?", both of which are incorrect.
It is incorrectly used to indicate possession because most English words use the apostrophe to indicate possession, whereas in this case, it simply indicates contraction.
