I get them at Micheal's or any craft store, or you can get them online

I'll tell you the same thing that I tell everyone else that asks me that. PRACTICE!!! They dry quick so you'll get overlap lines. You just have to mess around with them till you find your groove. Then the possibilities are endless! As for Manga Yea I guess you could use them for that. Just be prepared for the price tag per marker is like 4-5 us dollars. I buy marker by marker as the need arises. But yea go for it!
