In the first one congratulation for the beard and the mustaches.
For the photo, the centring is good, the choice to center the character is thought well. Of this read of the photo is facilitated there. The first third(third party) is respected at the level of eyes, it is a good thing.
Small problem at the level of the left hand (of the photo) the right hand of the model, the amount of the window certainly which masks a quite small part(party) of the elbow.
A small lack of light on the straight(right) part(party) and just a little contrast to highlight the hairs of the beard would have been good.
For the photo of a way general beautiful realization.
