He's supposed to be. He's basically an Anti-Batman, born of criminals and trained to fight those who uphold the law with years of training and technology that is built to usually give him an edge over his enemies.

out of all the line ups you have done, i finally found one character i don't think you caught perfectly. Zoom... I just think he doesn't look as insane as he normally does, as that is really where he gets his evilness. But still very impressive line up. Zod looks sweet

I just noticed that Mongul has ten fingers here, too, whereas he only has nine in the comics. My own fault for being a real stickler for DC villains

No, not that one, that version of Zod was during the Azzarello/Lee run, and it never really took off. I'm talking about right now, under the authority of Geoff Johns, Richard Donner, and Adam Kubert. Zod just appeared again in Action Comics, and it looks like he's going in a completely different direction than Azzarello and Lee had him in.
