Age: 12
Personality: The phrase “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree” definitely describes Fire Ruby. She is very much like her mother Rarity, even how she speaks is very similar to her mother. But unlike her mother she doesn’t overreact to the same degree when things go wrong, nor is she one to let others take advantage of her kindness. She also can be brutally honest but she really really means well! She just wants anyone she cares about to be the best they can be! Even if that means utterly obliterating anything you’ve just put time and effort into. Because of this many think she’s actually mean when she’s just not good at showing she cares from time to time. Her friends and family really want her to rein it in when it comes to sharing her (sometimes less than ideal) opinion with others.
Her relationship with her family is very good. She is very close to mother but because they are so similar they clash pretty often, mostly over dumb things. Rarity really wants her to learn how to tell others how she feels about things without utterly destroying other ponies. But besides that they love to do many of the similar things, like spa days, looking at fashion, as well as formulating ideas together. Fire Ruby tends to provide jewelry for her mother’s collections as well as her stores. Rarity loves her daughter with all her heart. Her relationship with her dad is good as well, even though they don’t have a ton in common. They both love hoofball, baseball, soccer, and every sport imaginable they watch it together. They love to go to games together and talk about stats, find cards of their favorite players, all things sports. But to keep up the “high fashion” persona she keeps this side of her a secret, which makes Spike sad, as it’s something they do together. As a result they sometimes argue over how she tries to keep herself a certain way and that she tries to hide aspects of herself rather than being her full self. This is something that tends to bother the entire family but Spike is the one who will confront her head on. Other than that though, things are good with her and spike. Next is her twin sister Emerald Shine. Despite being basically polar opposite they are true BFFS. As they are twins they have a special twin connection with each other and despite being very different are able to have barrels of fun together. They will always be there for one another and support each other in everything. They sometimes argue but for the most part she loves her older sister by 5 seconds. Last but not least is her older sister Aquamarine. She loves her dorky older sis with all her heart, and despite not having a ton in common loves to listen to Aqua blab about all the nerd things she doesn’t care about, and Aqua will spend hours shopping just to spend time with each other. Aqua is Fire Ruby’s muse and love to make jewelry for her, and inspired by her. As a result Aqua is not allowed to buy or wear jewelry that isn’t made by Fire Ruby. She loves her sister with all her heart and would fight anyone who could hurt her.

Overall Fire Ruby is a kind filly that needs to know when to stop talking as well as to be open to being her full self.

Special Talent/Abilities: Immensely talented at crafting jewelry and all things forge based. She is really good at controlling and making use of her fire breath. She can fly but she’s not the greatest at it, just like other dragon ponies she can’t stand on clouds like a normal pegasi. As she is a lesser alicorn her magic is pretty bad and other than her fire breath she can only levitate objects as best.

Spectrum Skies: She is very close to her, as her older sister is close to her hence she has to be her best friend too! (In Fire Ruby’s eyes) she comes on a bit strong to poor Specty but regardless she enjoys her company and Fire Ruby is one of the few ponies that can convince Specty to spend eight hours in a shopping mall.

Cupcake Cannon: These two get along amazingly, they love to have spa days as well as do each other’s nails and such to catch up. She doesn’t spend as much time with Fire Ruby as she does with Aqua but she likes to hang out nonetheless.

Apple Leaves: They don’t really know each other but due to Emerald Shine doing research on the farm they talk more than before.

Harmonia: They are basically cousins, and Fire Ruby is able to convince Harmonia into doing super girly things that she wouldn’t normally do. They like to talk about life as hybrids and just stuff in general. Also Harmonia commissioned Fire Ruby to design all of Harmonia’s jewelry and metalwork, which upon hearing the news didn’t stop hugging her for 20 minutes.

Crab Apple: She doesn’t know how to feel about him, she likes him a lot and knows that Aqua and Crab Apple like each other a lot but she’s iffy on the idea especially due to how badly his younger sister treats her (and her other sisters). But she likes him a lot but will always give him the stink eye to (try to) intimidate him.
