(Thanks for 50 watchers!)Well, the little cutie went with his trainer with some other PokΓ©mon on a picnic with pizzas and cokes.
The psychic type was very interested how Budew would resist tickles on his open "vulnerable" points.
So, it generated a feather and started doing the thing.
