Description
Link and (y/n) walked down the hall of the Knight Academy together while holding hands after class had finished. They have been dating for almost three weeks now and were still a little awkward around each other. While tightening his grip on her hand he finally began to speak.
"Would you mind waiting for me in your dorm after the last classes are finished? I want to take you out for an actual date." He looked at her from the corner of his eyes and noticed a blush creeping up on her face. "Only if you want to... of course." He added after clearing his throat and looked into the opposite direction, blushing as well.
"I'd love to." (Y/n) responded quietly with a hint of excitement noticeable in her voice.

Later that day Link knocked on his girlfriend's door but to his surprise no one answered it. He knocked again, this time louder, hoping she just didn't hear it.
When she still didn't open the door he decided to just go inside. Worried, he opened the door, wishing to find his beloved one asleep and not in any sort of danger.
But once the door was open he could see two people standing in front of him. One of the two was (y/n).

The hero's eyes widened as soon as he recognized the second person.
He had grey skin and wore a white outfit with diamond shaped patterns that exposed bits of his legs and his chest and some sort of crimson cape hung over his shoulders. A diamond earring dangled from his ear and the left side of his face was covered by his white silk-like hair.
It was none other than the Demon Lord himself, Ghirahim.

The chosen hero's eyes burned with anger when he saw him holding (y/n). Witnessing this, Ghirahim smirked at the 'sky child' which only angered him more. Before he could search the room for weapons to attack the demon with he saw his girlfriend holding back tears and mouthing something like 'I'm sorry'.
She turned her face away from his view, not wanting to see him in pain. She knew all too well what was about to come next.

Link moved towards them but before he could reach them Ghirahim raised his free arm into the air, the other one tightly wrapped around the girl's waist to pull her closer to his chest.
"Goodbye, sky child." The Demon Lord said and with a smirk he snapped his fingers. The two of them disappeared, leaving a speechless and hurt Link behind with some diamonds floating around where they left.
