You can find them at workshop in Steam. Effects of fire - full made in photoshop, actually i don't understand how to use particles xD

Just find images with fire in google with a dark ground, then take it in photoshop and make a "replace by light" (dont know how does it call in English version but I think that something like that) mode of layer
