Description
Commission for for her husbando for his character Hassara. Finally got this to work after 4 export attempts (2 hrs each). Apparently aftereffects decides to act like an unruly toddler with moving 5000px elements xnx.Anyway, this one was alot of fun. Also, dude broke the statbar. Totally ban his butt from tournament play.

Yup After Effects can be a real pain in the *** when you need to render something more big than usual and from what I'm seeing you do have a lot of elements, particles and stuff moving and I'm still asking myself how you could even work with so much stuff going on, now I'm kinda jealous of your computer because everytime I try something more ambitious I end up on giving up because mine freezes or crash xD
Anyway I love your animations I've been peeking your works for a while but only now I decided to comment, you do have talent and skills to turn an image to a real animation scene, ambience and effects are top-class so basically I don't have anything negative to point out x) I'm just curious about one thing do you work with some extra plugins or even with 3d elements?

Gosh Dan, Always coming out with the cream of the crop, the eye catching specticals! I really enjoyed watching you stream this from start to finish as you did with mine ;u;~ I remember how excited Sly was when you were about to stream "NIKKI DAN IS STREAMING come watch!" Something along the line of this haha. It was really interesting to see you draw Hassara's clothing… I kind of blew up when I designed them but... Id say you did a spectacular job. No missing details, Everything being so spot on exactly like the one you did for me. Though On a more personal level, I do appreciate that you took the time to understand this character unlike those who just commented "OP OP OP" and "Mary Sue" crap cause the stat bars were maxed out. It is a very professional aspect of you that I wish more people had and will go a long way for you in the future in regards to your business in art. That genuine curiosity is a really good quality in you!
ONWARD. As I stated I really liked how you had done Hassaras clothing but GOSH the effeecccttsssssss Dan the effects, Look at all those spinning pentagrams and runes. Gosh they just look spectacular. The more and more of these you do shows your obvious improvement. Adding more and more to make each of them breathtakingly unique. Like honestly.. None of them look at all similar; The background came out rather different than you had originally painted out too but I think it fits Hassara very well. You always picture the characters so fantastically but EQUALLY you do such a good job on the subtile backgrounds and it really is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to see more of these done! Keep up the fantastic work!

i think its hilarious with sly freaking out about the stream stuff.
but yeah i honestly feel commissions turn out so much better if you take the time to learn the characters and understand them a bit more rather than just outright draw them. Leaves a greater impact with the person you draw for as well. This was pretty fun as far as the statbars go. xD
