You know, this kind of reminds me of targets of racism that defend themselves against the bigots, kind of.
I would not be surprised if the demons and half-demons of Devil May Cry face hate crimes from humans just for being who they are.
And that was kind of shown with Lady initially treating Dante with extreme prejudice for being a half-demon back in DMC3.

To be honest, I'm actually hoping to see some humans that are straight-up villains appear in Devil May Cry, perhaps an evil counterpart of Lady?
Not a literal evil twin, of course, but perhaps someone that would basically be Lady....if she never overcame her bitterness against demons.
