It really bothers me that people are still thinking that Dexter's Laboratory and The Powerpuff Girls (best CN show) take place in the same universe, when in fact, they don't.
I learned this from one of the designers of both shows, Chris Battle.
Here's what he said:
"Nah... we were more or less the same crew working on Dex /PPG/SamJack and we were just fucking around. Outside of the Justice Friends cross-overs (and maybe TV Puppet Pals) no shared MCU-style universe exists."
This debunks the theory that Dexter's Laboratory and The Powerpuff Girls exist in the same universe. Despite the fact that the same creators worked on both shows, they don't take place in the same universe. And don't even try to say that Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, one of McCracken's other cartoon creations, lies in the same universe as PPG, because that's a big, fat no as well.
