He uses a latex spray gun to make another’s outfit turn i to latex with a large squishy null bulge on it or just touches people as his touch his far more corruptive. He even helps a crazed scientist as he was made by said scientist.

While he’s a villain , he holds no malicious intent towards anyone but will try to seduce anyone who catches his interest.
