You may remember a story of mine that was once called Teenage Pet. Afterward, I wanted to change the title and was unsure about a title for it (A few of you suggested 'Ascension', which is what I will probably stick with. Thank you).

The reason for his mutation is due to his daughter being upset over what happened to her mother. She grabs a bunch of syringes with unknown liquids in them, and jabs them into her own father to "Give him a taste of his own medicine" on how he treated people.
