it so weird how close the characters' faces always got in the film when they were talking. the whole way through the film i was just waiting for them to make out lol

Bleh. Just get into it, learn to catch all the psychological undertones and subtle leads to what might happen next. You'll tear out the pages trying to read it fast enough to figure it out.

haha yh that is just like me. at the moment i am reading "death note" - a japanese manga thingy my friend recommended - and it is really easy and quick to read coz is mostly illustrations. its really interesting and VERY cleverly written too. i heard a while back that they were gonna make a movie out of it and zac efron was up for the main part...
its gonna be a struggle to read the 10 or so books we gotta read for english this year -_-

because i like the dynamic/ shipping between L and Light. And the second half was too slow and boring for me to get through, and the shipping of it was much to pedo for me to enjoy as well.... so yeah. i read the summary and skipped to Light's death.

i loved the dynamics between L and light. i didn't believe it when L died. it was kinda stupid.
they were both extremely clever! it was confusing how they thought and worked things out. i wish i could read and predict people like them, lol.

Yes me too, and after that the series is not as fun. In the second half there are a ton of characters, i couldn't keep track and gave up since it was no longer fun to read.
