The tentacles and hand are done very well, they look very realistic! The shading is very good, but I do feel as if it could fit the lighting a bit more. It appears to be sunset or sunrise in the picture, yet the hand does not seem to be too affected. The tentacles look very shiny, and they reflect the light very well. The background has a lot of detail, and you can kind of see what's under the tentacles there. In the foreground, there just appears to be black. It seems like there may be more tentacles under there, dead bodies (if you want to go that dark) or perhaps the ground. The tentacles would make it dark, but you would still be able to see stuff. The hand is done very well, but looks slightly rigid. If it has fur on it, the fur might be a bit tussled after supposedly being under the tentacles. If not, you're good! The detail on every single one of the tentacles, and throughout this entire piece is incredible!
I really like the overall idea of this piece, and is done very well!

that's amazing! there's so much detail
but one thing you could improve on is that the shading isn't strong enough. it's almost unnoticeable at first glance. I love this though!
