So... During the time I was making this pic (April 2022), my mom's birthday was around the corner. And, in light of that, I wanted to draw her a bday pic. But I didn't want this to be just any old bday pic — no, I wanted to put my own spin on it, mostly via featuring a very ornate birthday cake in the birthday pic!

And ya can't get more unique and ornate for a birthday cake than a birthday cake animal/moster, right~? (At least, in my opinion anyway.) 😋

But yeah. I also made the animal of this birthday cake animal a tortoise, because my mom loves tortoises and turtles. And if yer gonna make an ornate cake, might as well make it a tiered cake too, right? 😆

Anyway, hope you like it. Proper pic where this Tierrapin will be featured after this. :3
