yes, it all sums up to that two steps. Experience tell me that if you start from the details you'll lose soon control of what are drawing and probably it will not look good.

It's called a joke son

It's a good tutorial and all, but it's the kind of tutorial that implies that the artist already knows how to draw a mecha, thus lessening what potential use it could be for those trying to learn how to draw mecha.

Ti devo ancora il drago. Purtroppo il mio periodo "strano" si prolunga. non vedo l'ora che arrivino le vacanze perchΓ© comincio ad avere problemi a stare concentrato. La sagoma mi Γ¨ sempre stata piΓΉ utile del manichino, anche spesso decido i dettagli in corsa

beh, quello penso sia normale, anche se nel mio caso i dettagli sono vestiti... o scaglie XD ... con le parti meccaniche senza un modello penso sclererei. comunque... incredibile ma vero ho disegnato la bestiaccia ben 3 volte. la prima l'ho copiato e colorato dal primo prototipo laterale lo ammetto ^^'... ma negli altri due l'ho mosso. sto postando in ordine cronologico di eventi per cui passerΓ  ancora qualche giorno, ma magari ti mando un post quando li uppo ^_^

I used the ground GM because it's blocky and not simple to draw.
