BOOM! Got the day off so I finished the picture! uwu
Man this took so much time and effort, I might just print it off as a poster one day. Anyways, so I went to a fashion show the day before mother's day, and the opening was very interesting. Everyone was dressed in all black as puppets and played Ultron's theme song mixed with the "Pop goes the weasel theme" (I had to figure the Ultron part out on my own LoL) It reminded me so much about my OC's. I didn't realize till I got inspired for this project, what they all had in common.
1: Majority of T4W OC's have at least a second side.
2: Everyone's second side is the puppeteer of their former selves. Making them all puppets and having no free will of what their second side does.
So I was like fuck yeah!

Well, there may be other curious people so I'll just answer them for you and them. 
Disturbia's background is red because she now represents chaos. (Since she's married to Zaros Requiem [the prince of chaos]) Chaos is represented with red and she's also a wielder of the fire element. Purple was more fitting for this setting, especially for her nightmare form.
Xille must never remove his mask, because otherwise those "little things" jump out at the first thing that's in front of it. He's been doing pretty good about keeping them under control though. More so for the sake of his girlfriend.
Some of my OC's are not intended to look creepy, but I'm glad you think so either way. I'm more so trying to specialize in character design. (non-complex since I'm the one who has to draw these guys over and over again) I already explained about Rabbit, but he's a witch, who's a part of the De'Joro witch clan just like Nero. About the black rabbit though, those details will have to wait.
Above all, I'm glad you enjoyed the image. This is good "poster" material.
And yes, I understand about your OC's as well.

Well, this sure is interesting, because I actually thought that their backgrounds were based off of their eye color for some reason 0-0 XDD
As for Xille, what happens when his flesh tubes start to get aggravated underneath his mask?
Yeah, Character design is tough... and I can't wait to learn more about De'Joro and the Black Rabbit as time goes on ^^

They don't tend to get aggravated. They are only active when they smell
flesh. The mask is made of a special fabric that controls the "potency" of the smell of flesh and blood.
He can detect a prey within a one mile radius, but as long as he keeps that mask on his face,
he won't have to worry about hurting anyone. Even though it's happened on many actions.
Unfortunately, he suffers from faint spells and becomes very vulnerable when he passes out.
When his allies need to feed them, they all freak out cause they know they
gotta pull that mask back first.

still functioning. It's supposed to be a safety mechanism, but it's a stupid one.

Hmm...now that I think about it, maybe that is the "aggravation phase" you mentioned, but
I wouldn't call that aggravated. They're just doing what they need to do to survive.

Hmm... where to start where to start.... Okay, first off, amazing detail in the human characters, and i love the lighting effect that you were able to pull off in the backgrounds. Second off, I love how you pulled the name of the human into the design of the monsters. I love the blood splatter effect that you gave it and how you made it look like a movie poster. I feel like I already know the characters and they scare me, a lot already. I really like this, and It gives me a lot of inspiration to draw something... scary.

I fell in love with this picture. I cant even say what I like the most! The blood splattering, the lighting effects, the poses of the character- EVERYTHING!
I seriously cant stop staring at this haha Not important thing- I was listening to bad apple by Vocaloid when I saw this pice, and it only added to the effect haha

They're called flesh tubes. Or that's what I named them to be. There are actually three of those things
but I didn't want to block out his face too much, so I've only shown the two.
They are very sensitive and aggressive, and the teeth are very sharp and surround the opening allowing them to specialize in feeding.
They enter through the surface of the skin and burrow all the way down to the bone, and then latches underneath
the muscle to pull up the flesh. In other words, they eat by starting inside and working their way out.
Got that little idea from a bug I remember I learned about a long time ago that eats it's way into your skin
and then eats its way back out. (Not a scarab. That bug is represented by a different T4W OC)

Me and my IRL best friend Matt are going to work with members with our Channel ((Gaming Reviving)) to make some video games over the summer, and we are planning on working on two games, an endless runner and either an RPG or paltformer, which Freak's game will be one of the later.
