Yes, I wanted to create another baby for Dib and Chen! This time it's Fran, and I decided to make her look like Harry Potter, since there is already a child who looks like Fran Bow^^

Personality: almost an exact copy of Dib: impulsive, smart and insightful. She is a prodigy and her skills in terms of knowledge far exceed that of the average person. While still a toddler, she was injured when she was struck by lightning during a storm while sleeping in her crib, leaving her with a scar on her forehead. - She likes to watch "Mysterious Mysteries", especially with her dad
- She reads very quickly and is able to quickly solve complex equations
- Knowledgeable about technology
- She is always reading some book or something. ALWAYS! Wherever she is
