Biography: Before Agent West Virginia joined with Project Freelancer, he was a UNSC ODST trooper. He was known by his teammates as the "Blue Bomber" due to his abilities with high ordinance explosives, during the assault on Reach West Virginia got hit with a stray SPNKr rocket. detonating at his feet. Project Freelancer recovered West Virginia after he was rushed to the UNSC Jericho. He and his older sister was enlisted into the project and became Virginia and West Virginia. Adopting the colors of a long gone college football team's color scheme and retaining the his nickname from his times in the ODSTs by some staff West became a instant favorite of the Director, Until his mission in the Horse Head Nebula. During the mission, Virginia was KIA due to a sniper's round through the heart. Agent Hawaii got West Virginia evaced as the two other agents finished their mission. The director dropped West from the ranking board due to his failure. Lost in emotional despair the Director gave West Virginia Zeta to fix this. The duo completed more missions with 0 causalities to Project Freelancers.

Medical information/ bio-augmentations: When in extreme situations a chemical agent unlocks the primal instinct for survival in the human brain increasing his endurance, making him able to loose a vast amount of blood before he goes down. This augmentation was outlawed due to it's ability to turn the subjects "feral" making them unpredictable in combat attacking friends and foes alike. However this is counteracted by administrating another agent that regulates the medicine, making him 85% immune to shock when this chemical is activated. After the stress inducing situation normal functions kick back in and West will go into any physical shock if he had taken any at the time. The Muscle Mass Enhancement has two negative effects, 1 being that if pushed past the regulation limit (175% mass) the user will ultimately destroy his bones and other organs by crushing them with the enhanced muscles and 2 being if they survive exceeding that limit the users heart will go into massive cardiac arrest due to it getting overly large in the subject's chest cavity. there is no place for improving those negative effects, all agents are advised not surpassing the regulation limit.
