It took me forever to make a proper design on him, I made his chest twice and changed his proportions multiple times (in TF RiD heads are smaller), but at last I found a way to make this one and feeling proud of it.If he is in the show, he would be the Leader of Cybertron's Police and he would work as Smokescreen's mentor. He has got a mixed TFP Ratchet's and Judge Dredd's personality: cold, rule-bound (even worse than Strongarm) and a bit grumpy. Poor Smokescreen...

if there was to be a voice for Prowl then I'd recommend Peter Weller.
and for those who don't know who Peter Weller is, here's a clue:

ring any bells...nope? OK. Peter Weller was once the actor who
played the original RoboCop back in 1987 & later on in RoboCop 2.
decades later, he's been in Star Trek: Into Darkness as Admiral Marcus,
he also voiced as Batman in the animated 2-part premiere of Batman: The Dark Knight Returns,
and now he's voiced the main character in a noir VR game called "Wilson's heart".
since he's now made the transition from live acting to voice acting, I figured the man
who played Robocop would be ideal to voice as Prowl.

If Prowl does appear in RID, I hope either Michael Bell (G1 Prowl) or Jeff Bennett (TFA Prowl) voices him.

He looks really cool, the design fits very well.
I like the RID style overall, I'm just not too fond of the shader and renderer they use in the new series, the models and designs are nice but I think they should have used another kind of shader for it that does more justice to the details.

RID design isn't that bad, it's like Animated, but more detailed, and you can give real life stereotypes to the crharacters, just like TFA, and that gives fun.

Yeah, but they are both inspired from his G1 design, as I did, but I added sunglasses/visor for making him look like a real cop.
