Description
Context: I write a lot of unpublished crossover AUs (I think my current crossovers doc is over 70 pages long), and this is based on one of them, in addition to some speculative biology and worldbuilding nonsense me and some Discord buddies have been getting up to for fun. This is a little snapshot of one of those AUs, in which the people of The Pathless aren't really human and are the same species as the mysterious amphibious sort of people from ABZU, and in which the Diver takes on the form of the latter (based on this 2017 AO3 fic) and winds up marrying the Hunter. This is the hypothetical wedding photo, featuring headcanon clothing traditions from both sides. Very convoluted explanation for a picture I just thought was too pretty to leave on Discord alone.
