Description Another play with 2D gnarls and Photoimpact for color improvement.

Basic layers were rendered with Mandelbulb3D (2D mode)

Have you read the comments in the page? I have provided sample params. I don't know how I got exactly the image because I try at the moment. Send me a note for more details.
I will help you but don't ask me a detailed tutorial because I don't know I try many ways

the trick seems to be not to calculate the 3D. i failed at getting nice results in 2d-gnarling some months ago, as the 3d never gave really pleasing results.. anyway thanks again for the params and hints.

Yes but 3d gnarly is really 3d and you can see the effect in combination with amazing box
