I remember seeing something like this as a kid in a illustrated book on St. George and the dragon. I just loved the simplicity and reptilianness of its design. Nothing elaborate or dinosaur-like as you'd see in Eragon, How to train your Dragon or D&D.Related content

This one reminds me of Taro from Sinbad and the 7th Voyage.

Well, that is a pretty cool looking Dragon, without a lot of fancy ornaments on it, just horns and a few fins. It does remind me a bit of the Dragon in The '7th Voyage of Sinbad' however, which was similarly wingless and simplistic.
