Mrs. Brisby may be cowardly and weak but she developed as a character and she's determined to save her children (that cinderblock sinking into the mud scene was disturbing and suspenseful). Her being cowardly is just a flaw of hers. She's just doing what a mother is supposed to do.
At least Bloo has his limits which is why he's likable despite being a jerkass sometimes. He knew what Bendy did was wrong and Bendy is actually very unlikeable because he got away with everything and Mr. Herriman and Frankie kept kissing his ass and coddling him.

Bloo would be a much better character in my eyes if he didn't spend all his energy into being possibly the most selfish and hypocritical imaginary friend ever imagined. He is funny and I don't wholly hate him, but he is so annoying and bratty (possibly because he was imagined by Mac when he was 3) I wonder why Mac didn't just ditch him and never come back, but he does get smacked around if he goes too far more often than not, except in the camping episode.
Why Finn is not the main character is purely baffling to me. At least make him EQUAL to Rey! Having MULTIPLE Force wielders make it seem more vast, like "you can be a Jedi" would be similar to "anyone can wear the mask" from Spider-Verse.
There was good potential in SAO, and I still like Kirito, but mostly in the early seasons and in the excellent fanworks, like Sword Art Kingdom by Jacksonswordsman . Other than that...yeah, I didn't even bother with any form of SAO media after Fairy Dance.
If there is one thing I hate, it's good potential being ruined by bad decisions either on the side of creator or company. We all hear about company more often, but creators can be just as guilty.

Kinda nice to see someone else out there who doesn't outright despise Bloo.Β Yeah, there are times where his assholishness goes too far, but most of the time, he gets what's coming to him, so it's not like the show always rewards his terrible behaviour.
