woo ! Bioshock and Phineas & Ferb ! i've done that and i love that.
I talked with on my Isabella - The little sister [link] and i decided to do that. Well.

Although perry is small, he should be delta and/or rumbler, he is a more determined, "pointed out" character who would take orders, but still bend the rules if he had to, all for the saftey of his two friends, Phineas and Ferb, so really, Phineas and Ferb could actually the "Little Sisters"
