Wow!!
The truth is that I really don't know what can I say about his drawing... there's so much to look at!!
I simply love the colouring, and the characters seem to be interesting people, too. I specially like the sun and its water reflection. You created a very special atmosphere for those monks, which gives me the feeling that they are more powerful than they seem (well, in the case of the biggest one, he already looks obviously strong XD).

The background is awesome. The characters are great too. They are shaded really well and I wouldn't mind finding out more about them.

I love it,

maybe you should hae blurred the background a bit to hide some of the messy pencil strokes
and flare lighting is just not my thing I guess,
