I know that this is a small image (I scanned it on only 72dpi), however, I was finally going to use this for a picture on my Spanish 1 project! Isn't that pretty cool?XDThis is a GUY if you didn't think so before...X3 He is covered briefly in rose vines and he is holding a rose. I didn't even know how to actually draw "real" roses or those fancy ones, therefore, I made wild swirls and somehow connected them to form believeable roses! Isn't that pretty cool?8D
Also, may you help me correct any proportions with his shoulders? He is meant to be in a laying down pose. I don't really like his mouth or the way he's biting on his hair...I guess I should have kept it closed?
Anyway, help me out with this sketch that I altered with Photoshop for added contrast and cleaner areas plz!:](If you can...>.>

this is very nice, I love the falling hair, it seems very dramatic and the emotion is there, I also love the plants surrounding him and how he casually holds one in his hand, very beautiful

lol As you can probably see, I suck at roses...I had to scribble some random boxy lines to make the rose have that "look" since I didn't know how to actually draw them.=.=

I try but I feel that I lack that skill. I may like how a pic looks one day, then I end up reversing that feeling then hating it.X3 (Maybe it's just a natural thing for some new artists to do...)
