Description
"Beyond the Fields of Asphodel,where the souls wander in sorrow,
beyond the Acheron waters,

six pomegranate seeds do their duty.
Here, deep in the Underworld
you will find our ebony throne,
and your voice of promises and whishes
will bring life to the eternal dreamers."
My own version of Hades & Persephone. In the picture I portrayed they both, with Cerberus. At the left we can see Charon in his boat and the river Acheron, and in the other side the river Phlegethon, made of fire.

nice composition & good colouring.i loved the hair and face of female model.its nicely done but male model looks like high.maybe u hould work more on it.he i not like looking the girl.hez like trying to looking ground but cant control his eyes.oh and the lightning on his face very low.not like girls face, that makes hi face lookis more blur and female model's looks sharpen.oh and we ned to see rest of the wolves.especialy their tails.
anyways they r little details for sharp eyes.its already a good work. well done.!

My only qualm would be that Hades looks like he blinked for this photo. But the illustration is truly mind blowing. Soft, perfectly blended colours, great detail. Brilliant

This is a highly appealing piece, if you didn't know that already. The colours all work well together and the expression of Hades is, I think, a very good choice. He seems to be in slight oblivion, tired or very dead in expression in the detail shot, which almost leads me to believe he is dead. There is definately a story going on here and there is so much detail in just a few distinct pieces of the work. The rivers are good choices and I like how Charon is heading away from them. Cerberus is also a very good choice to add, especially where he is placed, but the third head in the back seems a little too distinct to be a part of the other two. It might just be the lighting, but it threw me off a bit when I was looking at it.
I like the colour choices as well, and the fact that grass is springing up from beneath Persephone's feet. All the colours work together quite well, dispite being very ranged on the colour wheel and in tone. Your technique is breathtaking and I know that I will never have as much talent as artists such as yourself.
A highly appealing piece, as I first stated. This is definately going into my gallery and I suggest prints if you are able.

This is gorgeous! I love your choices of color, and all the exquisite detail. Did Persephone convince Hades to wear green, or is it more of a rotting corpse green? *shrugs* I always imagined him in blacks and greys, but this suits him fine, somehow.
