Well this was going to be for a contest but things happened and the contest got cancelled as soon as I finished this, so now it's just a Holiday drawing of RusCan.Yes Russia is spanking Canada with a Candy cane, and yes they are both wearing dresses, Canada is Russia's naughty little elf XD
