I agree that it is an amazing drawing.
However I think that it does not expose who she really IS, but more what she really is DOING. Which, looking at the title, is lying. I do think that the fan does act like a magic mirror, I just think that it reveals the fact that she is not speaking the truth. Of course I could be wrong, and I do understand why you are what you are. I would too, if it were not because of the title ^__^ Not trying to hate, just giving my opinion.
