It was kinda a one season spin off. It ended with the big island monster coming to destroy the town, but Cybersix stopped it by blowing up main bad dude's base. It was left with an open ending on if she escaped or not.

The first volume is actually translated into english by a fan. I've read it and it was actually really good. Just be warned, it's a very heavily 18+ comic.
