Here's the last of my Techmarines and the most interesting of the bunch (in my opinion).
Part of the new equipment added to the release of the 5th edition Space Marine Codex was a Conversion Beamer. A weapon from the dark days of 2nd edition 40K which had all but disappeared by the time I'd started playing.
With it's reappearance, the fact it was a Techmarine only piece of equipment and no one else had one yet I decided to add one to the army. Don't ask me how but I some how had a original Rouge Trader Conversion Beamer in my bits box.

There was a good reason why my Thunderfire Cannon doesn't have the normal Techmarine model crewing it and here he is. Instead of the normal shell loading arm I trimmed down the beamer a bit and plugged it on.
the arms on the top became sensor "eyes" and I left the other bottom arm off completely.

I was happy with the results even if he didn't seem to do much in game....
