Redo of this piece here, which I did almost a year ago now: Wake Me Up
This is the first "real" thing I've finished in months. I'm no longer on hiatus though, so expect more things soon!
The perspective looks a bit wonky, sorry.
Feedback/critiques are greatly appreciated! Especially since this one will be a candidate for my portfolio. I want to make it look as good as possible.

I guess it's one of my fav pieces between all of what you posted until now, that's because you hit anatomy properly now, despite I guess the left paw lookst kinda swaped, like, the thumb shouldn't be to the left side?
Well anyway I enjoy how you tried on it. As I say, drawing animals, mostly canines and felines is pretty much of a pain, so Im glad you haven't given up yet.
Also I enjoyed the nothern Lights up there!
What about trying another style pf painting besides the ones without the line or cell-shading?

Animals are frustrating, but less frustrating than humans if that makes sense. I hate drawing humans.

Any suggestions? I've tried a couple different things, but nothing turns out as good as the cel-shading does.
