Yo people, welcome all to the new year! Starting 2014 with a piece from late 2013 *cough*

This pic has a "funny" story behind it... originally I wanted to draw Loui being high on drugs, then I thought "draw him while he bleeds to death", because... I can and I like to draw him dying for some reason.
Yeah, I have problems, thanks.

The image didn't turn out the way I liked it at first... his pose too was strange. He dies but he looks like he is just leaning against a wall, winking with his right hand? So I changed the motive once again, and now he is only half dead (that's better, huh?) standing up and fighting. I don't have many fighting scenes anyway (and I desperately need to do a lot more. I am not really good at it and I need to practice). Actually he is leaning behind a metal wall but it still (after hours of redrawing) looks like a padded cell >_< I wasn't able to make Loui's face exactly how I imagined it either, but it's a good step towards learning to draw more facial expressions.

In case you are confused and you don't know what's going on: Loui is defending himself with a shield spell. He is attacked by someone with a slashing spell, which is the pink thunderbolt-like thing. He has already been hurt on a vital point of his body, but Loui isn't a guy who dies easily – actually he doesn't allow anyone to kill him, except himself and Nikolai. Others can go fuck themselves. It doesn't stop others to try it though and Loui has many enemies: the Millitary, the Mafia, Das Kabinett (a secret organization of dark magic practising scientists) and many more. They all still want to use him for their own purposes, but don't mind to get rid of other people once the task was fullfilled and the job is done.
