I think you shld saturate the picture a bit, maybe touch up a bit on contrast?
I'm not sure but play around with it, i'm sure it can be stunning.

I like this location, it would've been great to have been there.
I think with this photo, it has to either be fully desaturated, or fully saturated, but not in between.
Maybe you could play around with the levels in photoshop (if you have it).

this one would looks so great by enhancing the colors
I usually like desaturated colors a lot, but on this one, it would value the scene, I think, to bring back colors . I like this path

I think this one would be tons better with some retouching, its a bit pale in colors and too bright, but its already beautiful in stock
