Nice! And yes, I do agree that Chara isn't evil but, since we never get to know Chara's morals really are, (other than wanting to free the monsters), I consider her to be neutral, as of now, until Toby confirms it. (I head canon Chara to be a girl who is 12-13 BTW)

i never understood the concept of chara being "EVIL" and that they controlled frisk during the genocide route, i kind of feel that that destroys the purpose of the message the game sends out, the message that "our actions have consequences"

Even if they aren't. There actions that have shown before the game started killed off any sympathy I could have had for them. Given the fact that
-send their brother on a suicide mission
-tried to kill a bunch of humans before
And hell, if were going by the theory she was abused, given how mentally unstable she clearly is, maybe they deserved it.

- Chara did it in an attempt to save all the monsters.
- The humans attacked them first, so Chara could do it out of self-defense.
And yes, I personally believe too that Chara hated humanity for whatever reason.
