I think his hatedom is pretty small in comparison to his fanbase. I don't hear a lot of Silver hate nowadays.Β

Yeah, not as much as say.. Sonic, Tails, Kunckles or even any character in general.
Though, I think main reason why people hate Sliver is mainly his voice especially in Sonic 06 and "It's no use" line is gets annoying after getting hurt by him.
