I have no experience in this area and I was wondering if maybe you could help me...I just made my first animated icon and right now it's in psd form. Do I have to convert it to gif to upload it here? I tried to do that but then the animation no longer worked. Any idea what I'm doing wrong or what do you do?

Well what program do you use? I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0, and has a thing where you can animate a litte. I do not knwo much about other programs ^^'

I am using Adobe Photoshop CS4. I was able to animate the icon, I'm just not sure how to save it and upload it. I had it in psd form and it wouldn't upload, but when I saved it as gif it automatically put the layers together and the animation no longer worked upon upload here.
