Description
Roy Harper, ward and former sidekick to Green Arrow. Toyed for a while with calling him Crimson or Crimson Arrow nut decided to stick with "Arsenal". In my imaginary Ultimate DC universe he's Nightwing's lover but its MY imagination so my rules. Sorry all Robbin/Star fangirls but neena neena neena.

Yes in the comics he did, the animated speedy does not, and my stylisation is of Roy as Arsenal when he has aged and matured (a bit!)

Yup, that he do. In t'comics he's Nightwings best friend and I think they'd make such a cyute couple
