It's a song by Moby. But mostly slipping away in context to the picture is that you need to stick with your loved ones through anything even when it seems they can't hear you (coma, sickness, anything like that).

Mikey seems..so unsure...yet his little smile makes him look as he knows what Raph is going through...
And Raph...he hugs him like he was his last chance to live...yet it looks like they're having sex...
It is so strange...
I also couldn't understand the text...is it possible to "stay" with some one wh is "slipping away"...?SOrry maybe I'm a moron, but I' not sure what you wanted to tell with this picture...
Though it totally fits to the mood of the story this far...
