Here it is at last, Sebastian's demon form in my point of view.

Now let me explain some details about this drawing, they're important.
The reason the upside down pentagram is in his chest is because he will always be a demon, no matter the reason; a demon in the end will only crave the soul of the contractor. As for the black widow, they eat their own mates, therefore, it fit perfectly with this piece; Sebastian had to eat his contractor's soul, therefore leaving him a widow to the other sinners. The sand clock he's holding is showing how time will always end, no matter what deity you're getting aide from and last but not least, the red spider webs are the lies that time will lure.

PS.
If you look real closely, I also drew Ciel's Phantomhive ring in the sand, that way Sebastian will always have his Master nearby.

I don't own Kuroshitsuji or any of the characters but I did draw this so don't steal it!
