Hi. I'm Periwinklle (You probably know already... probably.)
you don't need to yell about our work being so horrible. some are just getting used to it. (also can you explain me what franken doll is? I might frankendoll 'cause I don't know what it means.) We try our best not to screw it up. atleast thank them for using your base.
and I agree that some drawings are horrible and if they use it without your perm/didn't give link back/both YELL AT THEM!!! ESPECIALLY AT BOTH!!! horrible drawings are not THAT bad. atleast they asked for permission and linked back to you. does rules have to be always followed?
that's all I need to say. also can I use this base? (check out my doings to other's bases you might like it. PROBABLY) It looks pretty! I love Another! (when I ask permission I link back. not those other ppls that doesnt even CREDIT the base maker.) also im not starting a fight. im just telling you my opinion for those horrible base-users I was one of them too. but now some loves my base-works!

I know that not everyone isn't going to be perfect
but I'm saying the people should try HARDER
because people make very horrible edits, and they know that they can try to get it to look decent, they just don't feel like it
and yes, you CAN use my base, I at least go for below average base users c: I'm not actually that picky when it comes to people using my bases
