Description
Step 1Get the original sprite that you want to modify. I chose the Starforce BN sprite.
Step 2
"Explode" the sprite. It helps you edit each individual part.
Step 3
Color the parts with the palette you want. The palette depends on what color you want the parts to have.
Step 4
Modify the parts. This is where you must change how the parts look and are shaped. It's mostly just a trial and error, but with practice, you can get it right the first time.
Step 5
Put everything back together. Anything that isn't connected to the figure, like the discs in the "Red Joker" example, are done in this step.
Step 6
Give the figure a shadow. It looks funny if there isn't one, and all sprites need a shadow.
And that's it! You can also recolor the sprites, too. Just go to Step 4, finish it up, and recolor the work you just did. It's easier when you already know where all the colors go. I can't remember who asked me to do this, but here you go!

Having taken a look at your page, I regret to inform you that you may indeed benefit from reading this tutorial, givin the fact that most of your work consists of a ripped running animation, and a supposed game that I have not been able to locate. However, if you would like to provide me with a link to the game, so I may gain a better understanding of your work, please respond by posting one. Until then, I will operate under the view that you have no real original work, other than hastily drawn sonic characters, a sweater design, and a 3D isometric head.

I do like Red Joker. But Black Ace's sword attack is pretty cool, too.

I guess it all depends on your preferred style of playing, but Jokers RGE does 600 to the center collom, even if you miss it does 400 to all others...I admit it, I'm a MegaGeek

Yeah, where as the BEG does only 500, but that's a guaranteed 500. The 600 is a little harder to line up, but deals more damage, so I think it's worth it.

but that extra 100, IF pulled off, can turn the tide of any fight. plus it prove that you have a bit more skill, the BEG is flashy but requires no skill, you just press A.... thats it.

Yep. RGE is stronger, but BEG looks cooler to me. I just like BEG because of the sword. ^^'

I agree the sword looks pretty badass, but the RGE ending is better... I prefer to whip my enemies out in 3 moves or less and my card folder reflects that...(even if I did use a hacking card to get most of them.)

I haven't hacked anything, but my cards are mostly SwrdFghtrX, and my MegaCards are all X too. And since I have Rouge Noise, each SwrdFghtrX does 550 dmg. It's fun.

I only used the hack to get all the cards, and Rouge Noise is what I have as well. my folder mainly consist of sword based attacks, but I have a healthy supply of DstrCannons (240 per) as well

I just use Bushido cards and SwrdFghtr cards. I have 5 of every Bushido card, and there's the DrdJkrGA that I use, too. A sword attack that powers up with more swords, and gets boosted by my noise? Yeah, I haven't had a serious battle in ages, and never with a virus. Even the game's best bosses are pretty easy.

I hate it when that happens. Like in Megaman Battle Network 3 when you had to get a special battle chip and wound up running around for 2 hours with no luck until finally you find the virus but didn't get a high enough busting level so you had start all over again?- whoops! sorry, rambled on for a minute there.

Yeah. But I mostly beat that game. I just need to get the last 3 Navi's record times beaten in Serenade's area. Then I'll beat the Omega Navis, and then get their chips, beat the final boss one more time, and be done with it.

it took me 3 months (lord knows how many game overs) to beat ALPHA for the first time, the fact you had to fight Bass before you face him probably helps.

I accidently went into the room before I was ready. I beat him anyway, but I only had 1 HP left. Thank God for UndrSht.

I know right? it was a similar experience with me, you should have seen my face when he finally went down, I had run out of chips (which where pretty weak to begin with) and was hammering him with the Heat Guts buster.

Dark License. It lets you use things that need Dark Holes, without having Dark Holes. Really only good for Bass's Giga Chip and DarkMan's Chips, but still.

oh, I haven't played MMBN3 for several years but I remember having fun with it... until MMBN 4 Red Sun came out. got all the DblSouls and fought Duo for the third time... didn't beat him and I can't unless I find a GBA or a DS lite...also the game. which was your favorite of the BN or SF series?

I liked the Styles from BN3, the souls from the other games, and the Beast Outs, but my favorite is BN3. I just like the overall game play, as well as the storyline.

Yep, but only in Japan. It had little "bonus features" like extra chips and styles, but they didn't make it outside of Japan.

a downside to using the card though is that now I have 99 of each and every card, all standard, mega and giga (including all the secret cards (like Leo Kingdom)) from BOTH games... In other words I have Black Ace Giga cards on my Red Joker game. and I don't know anyone who I can give them to, I'm pretty much the only person that I know who has all 7 games of the Starforce series, let alone Starforce 3.
