Well a lot of people including myself (back when I had a premium/core) account  put A LOT of stuff in their custom boxes so they needed something that would cover it to the bottom. I always hated seeing it cut off before the bottom so I said screw it and made a SUPER LONG one that was gaurenteed to reach the bottom LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL XD

In my opinion, I just like it moderately long, and extremely wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide, otherwise on my really big screen the background wouldn't cover the entire box!

Yeah, Unfortunately back when I started my resolution was WAY lower so the size I made them LOOKED like is was covering the whole thing, but actually only covered most of the custom box on my higher resolution screen.
So now I try to make mine all 1000x8000 to help fix that. The problem is if I make them too wide then a big portion is cut off when someone with a lower resolution screen uses it.
Whilst with the length it will just be a little longer or shorter, but if someone does have high resolution it should still reach the bottom hopefully.
However I think now that 4k and other tech advances are being released higher resolutions will star being necessary.
