AHtlonxP 2400 with 512megz of ram.
loading : last time it loaded, it shall has spend a bit more than one minute or two; but it was friday.
sys res : wbload uses around 4 megs, but objectbar eats his 12 megs anyways. but you dont see the AOL in background : 32 megs ._.
uh, yesh : theres no start button expected the apple menu or keyboard, which pops up the logout/run/settings/programs

well, sure. thats why i keep Win2k pro in second option.
but sorry, dont have any good address for overclocking websites. and in general, theres alot of settings youcan modify to gain more performance : bios setup with memory options, agp bandwith, or windows by disabling some useless services and other background tasks, or optimizing the disk cache ( some gigabytes ares good 
but in general, processors have a threshold of +/- 10% of their base frequency, and this can be modded without the need to cool your system with liquid nitrogen.

a) looks next to nothing like a mac interface, it jsut looks like some really bad windows customization
b) belongs in the windows section ¬_¬
c) more than just look that designers prefer mac, usability, colour system, font management come into it.
