= PLEASE READ! =So basically, Blitzo is Loona's adoptive father. Blitzo found Loona as a young hellhound puppy hurt after her real parents were attacked by Sir Pentious. It is still unknown whether both her parents were killed or not but Blitzo did not bear to leave the weak little hellhound puppy to die on her own. And that is how Blitzo adopted Loona and later on in her life made her the I.M.P's receptionist.
