Here's day 1 of the 2023 Mermay challenge! Today's prompt: Beach!!!
It took me a while to decide who to draw for this prompt, and then I decided to draw Jessie from the Pokemon franchise chilling out on the beach as a mermaid. Yeah, I rarely draw the Pokemon anime characters and so here we are!
